PRICES AND CONDITIONS

Our 2012 Tariff:

Normal Rate	1 September 2012 – 21 June 2013 3 September 2011 – 22 June 2012
High Season	23 June 2012 – 1 September 2012

High season bookings are for a minimum of 6 nights.
Normal season bookings may start on any day.

Booking Conditions:

We will hold a provisional booking (following a telephone call or e-mail) for 8 days after which we require a 20% deposit to secure the booking, with the balance due six weeks before the holiday.

Reminders are not generally sent for balance payments.  Where no balance payment is received we cannot guarantee to continue to hold the booking.

Where a holiday is booked less than 6 weeks before arrival, the total cost is payable by immediate bank transfer together with the booking form returned by post or by scanning and emailing.

Deposits and balances may be paid in Sterling or Euros either by cheque or bank transfer. Cheques in sterling should be made payable to Mrs A M Billing.  Please note - we do not accept any credit or debit cards at ROUFFIAGUET.

Whilst deposits and balances remain non-refundable, every effort will be made to re-let your holiday and where this is possible we will pass on this benefit back to you.

Please print out the Booking Form complete in ink using block capitals and return by post with your deposit or scan and e-mail with bank transfer.  Please make sure you have read our Booking Conditions.
